MC Kinetic App Details

View app details in the MC Kinetic settings to find information like the app version and identifier. Provide this information when contacting Accruent Support to streamline the help process.

1. From the main menu, tap your profile photo.

2. View the app details:

   • Client Version: Displays the version of the MC Kinetic app.

   • Client Bundle ID: Displays the unique identifier for the app bundle.

   • Client OS: Indicates the operating system running on your device.

   • Device: Indicates your device model.

   • App Identifier: Displays the unique ID associated with your app instance.
