Access the Reporter

The Reporter can be accessed independently or from within the MRO WorkCenter. When you access the reporter independently using the Application Chooser at log in, the Reporter is the only application you can access. When you access the Reporter from within the MRO, the Reporter opens in the Work Center.

Acess the Reporter from within the MRO Work Center:

1. Click the Reports button in the toolbar.

   The Reporter replaces the current content displayed in the List pane and Work Center.

2. To exit the Reporter, click the Reports button again.

   The Reporter closes and you return to the page you previously accessed. Alternatively, you can click the Close button at the bottom of the page.

To access the Reporter directly from the Application Chooser:

1. Log into Maintenance Connection.

   The Application Chooser opens.

2. Select Reporter.

   The Report List opens. Open Work Order Reports display when you first log into the system.

3. To exit the Reporter, click the Log off button.

   You are returned to the Maintenance Connection Login page.
