Procedure Tabs

The pages available in the Procedures module include:

  • Details: General/descriptive information about the procedure including identification, type, priority, status, and other indicators.

  • Tasks: Tasks, task documents, and special instructions defined for the procedure.

  • Costs: Estimated costs and tools that are assigned to work orders associated with this procedure.

  • Classifications: Asset classifications to which this procedure should be associated.

  • PMs: Preventive maintenance schedules to which the procedure is attached.

  • Attach: Documents and notes attached to this procedure.

  • Reports: Three report sub-tabs that summarize work orders associated with this procedure:

    • Work Orders: All open work orders associated with this procedure.

    • Back Orders: Work orders associated with this procedure and are past due.

    • Cost Breakdown: Costs for current year work orders associated with this procedure.
