Reserved: Inventory

The Reserved sub-tab on the Inventory Transactions tab displays the work orders which have placed this inventory item on reserve. Inventory items are placed on reserve by entering estimated parts on Work Order Costs: Estimates.

The columns displayed by default:

• Target Date: Work order target date.
• Work Order #: Work order number.
• Reason: Work order reason.
• Asset ID: ID of asset being maintained.
• Asset Name: Name of asset being maintained.
• Reserved / Used
• Qty: Quantity of asset reserved.

Since placing inventory on reserve does not affect available inventory, these transactions are not displayed on the All sub-tab.
