All: Inventory
The All sub-tab on the Inventory Transactions tab displays all transactions that affect available stock room inventory.
These columns display by default:

Transaction Date: Date of transaction.

Initials: Initials of user creating the transaction.

Type: Type of transaction.

Location: Affected location (stock room).
-
Qty: Transaction quantity.
-
Balance: Balance quantity at the time of the transaction.
If applicable to the transaction, the below fields may also be displayed.

WO#: Work order number.

PO#: Purchase order number.
-
Rcpt#: Receipt number.
-
Qty Conv: Quantity converted.
Records are grouped by bin if more than one bin is specified for the item.
Types of transactions
The following types of transactions can be performed:

Initial Quantity: Quantity of available inventory when the stock room record was created.
This transaction type is also used to indicate quantity available when the Maintenance Connection Inventory module was updated to list transaction detail (R 3.0).

Adjustment: Adjustments made to available inventory on Locations: Stock Room or by using the Adjust Inventory Quantities tool.
Increases show as positive adjustments and decreases show as negative adjustments.

PO Receive Return Item: Purchase order receipts and returns.

Rotate In/Out/Dispose: For rotating assets, rotations in and out of the stock room that affect available inventory display.

Transfer In/Out: Inventory transferred between stock rooms.
Transfers in show as positive entries, whereas transfers out show as negative entries.

WO Item Issue: Reductions to available inventory due to parts issued or used on a work order.
WO item returns and deletes are also listed for transactions that return items to available inventory.
Each transaction listed on the All sub-tab is also listed on a sub-tab that is filtered to that type of transaction. For example, PO Receive Item transactions are also listed on the Receipts sub-tab.
