View Work Orders Generated from Project Plan

Work orders generated from project plans can be viewed and managed like any other group of work orders.

• To quickly locate work orders generated from a project plan, use the Work Order List Criteria to specify the project.

• Once the work orders for the project have been displayed, you can select and edit them like any other work order.

  • If the work order is dependent on another work order, this dependency is shown in the header bar.

  • If multiple dependencies exist, these dependencies are also shown.

  • If the work order is not dependent on another work order, the header bar indicate that the work order is attached to a group of work orders.

• As with all work orders associated with a group, you can click the Group tab to view the work orders together or act upon one or more of them together. You can click the Order Column to sort the order as specified in the project plan

• As dependency requirements are met, dependent work orders are issued.
