Details: Crafts

The Details tab displays key information about the craft.

The following fields are displayed on the Craft Details page:

• ID/Name: Identifying fields for the craft. The Craft ID is used to uniquely identify the craft. The Name field is typically more descriptive and does not need to be unique. The Craft ID and Name are both displayed in the Craft List.

• Repair Center: The repair center associated with craft.

• Account/Category: Fields used to identify the craft's account and category. The category is especially useful when filtering by craft in lookups.

• Comments: A field that can be used to enter additional comments about the record. The View/Edit Text button at the top-right of the field can be used to open a larger editing area.

• Status: An check box to specify if the craft is active. Clear this check box if the craft is inactive, to ensure that the craft does not show up in Craftlookups. The craft would continue to be available in the Craft module List.

• Icon: An icon to display in Craft lookups and the Crafts List.

  Attach an icon:

  1. Click the Attach button.

     The Change Icon window opens.

  2. Use the page controls at the bottom of the window to navigate through the available choices.

  3. Click the icon you want to use.

     The icon will be highlighted.

  4. Click Apply.

     The icon is displayed on the Details page.
