Part Specifications
The Specifications List displays the specifications tied to this part. If categories have been assigned, a separate section displays for each category. Each specification lists the specification name, current value, and range if applicable.
Add a Specification

Open a part record.

Tap the Specifications option in the menu.
The Specifications List opens.

Tap the Plus button on the gray header bar.
The Add Specification page opens.

Choose between two options:

Enter the name of the specification in the Name field.

If you need to look up the specification:

Tap the label of the Name field.
The Specification Lookup page opens.

Select the appropriate specification.

Enter the current value of the specification in the Text Value, Date Value, or Numeric Value field.

If this specification should fall within a range, enter the minimum, maximum, or optimal level in the appropriate fields in the Settings section.

Select Yes from the Track Changes field if you want readings for this specification to be tracked historically.

Tap Save.
Edit a Specification

Open the part whose specification record you want to edit.

Tap the Specifications option in the menu.
The Specifications List opens.

Select the specification record from the Specifications List.
The Edit Specification page opens.

Make your changes.

Tap Save.
Remove a Specification

Open the part whose specification record you want to remove.

Tap the Specifications option in the menu.
The Specifications List opens.

Select the specification record from the Specifiations List.
The Edit Specification page opens.

Tap Action in the section header.
The Action menu opens.

Select Remove Specification.
A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

Tap the Yes button.
The specification record is removed.
