Work Order Asset History

The Asset History List shows all work orders that are tied to the same asset as the current work order. The list includes open and closed work orders, with recent work orders showing at the top. The list is displayed in descending order by Target Date or Requested Date depending on your organization's configuration.

Each displayed row includes the following:

  • Icon: An icon that provides a quick indication of whether the work order has been assigned, and whether it is a Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order. Work orders that are assigned have a person overlay. PM-generated work orders display with an orange check mark.

  • Work Order Information: Each work order has the Work Order ID on the first row, along with the Target or Requested Date, depending on your organization's configuration. The second row has the work order's current status and the date that status was recorded. The third line has part or all of the work order reason or description.

  • Expand button: To the right of the date is an Expand button used to access additional information on the work order. Tapping the Expand button expands the row so that you can see the complete work order reason, as well as the asset's location. Additional data may also display in the expanding section, depending on your organization's configuration. This feature gives you a quick method to view additional data that cannot fit on the compressed display without having to open the work order. Select the up arrow control to close the expanded view.

To open any displayed work order on the Asset History list, select it. The Work Order Summary page for the chosen work order displays.
